Our flight to Guangzhou was delayed by an hour, so we didn't make it to the hotel until 1 am. We had to meet our guide for Rachel's medical exam at 8:45 am.
The exam was very general, but we did find out she weighs 24 lbs. They draw blood for a TB test, and they don't allow parents to go in the room. It is awful to wait and listen to the kids scream behind the closed door. Thankfully, it was over quickly, and she was back in our arms.
