A Ningbo lunch
We slept great the first night. After breakfast, we drove 2 hours to Ningbo, a busy, large manufacturing city that serves as a port. We saw a Lamborghini, and our guide said that it is not unusual. We stopped for lunch at a courtyard next to an ancient Buddhist temple, over 1000 years old. We had shrimp cakes, fried noodles, vegetables, potatoes and onions, and sweet and sour pork (in honor of Caleb's favorite meal in China). We were all attempting to eat with chopsticks that were provided. We must not have been doing a very good job, because our server brought us a fork. Our guide laughed and said it was the only one they had!
