We got LOA on August 19, and we have been working through the remaining steps. We submitted our immigration paperwork, then the approval has to be sent to the US consulate in Guangzhou. After three weeks due to the Chinese National holiday, our paperwork has been forwarded to Beijing where they will issue our travel approval. Hopefully, soon.
